Access to the REST API, webhook, and/or Headless Session API is available at no additional cost with an enterprise plan. The first enterprise tier is $350/month and includes 50 scans/month. See our API documentation here, and contact us to activate your API access.

A scan only counts toward your plan once you “unlock” it from the Pending Avatars page or access it through the API. You can preview shared scans before choosing to unlock them.

You’ll be billed for any extra scans at the end of your billing cycle - $4 per scan on the Standard plan, and $10 per scan on the Pro plan. There are no hidden fees.

Absolutely. With our flexible month-to-month plans, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime directly from the Account page of your dashboard.

Plan changes made on your dashboard will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. However, if you're on the Standard plan and need to upgrade to Pro right away, just contact us - we're happy to help accelerate the change.
